At Butikas Adéla, we curate women’s fashion with care, quality, and attention to detail. Our return and refund policy is designed to offer a transparent and premium shopping experience.

Returns

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers may return their order within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return request is approved, detailed return instructions will be sent by email.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

Return Costs

Returns made within the 14-day legal period are free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items — such as intimate apparel or products marked as final sale — are not eligible for return.
